4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% upfront payment for new projects
• Remaining balance upon project completion
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity, client feedback, and external factors. We commit to keeping you informed of any delays and will work to minimize them.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are as follows:

• Final deliverables become client property upon full payment
• We retain rights to portfolio work and case studies
• Third-party assets remain under their respective licenses
• Custom code and designs are transferred to client

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your business information, strategies, and data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your written consent.

8. Service Level Agreement

Our service standards include:

• Response time: 24 hours for urgent matters

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon mutual agreement
• Client remains responsible for completed work

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in Patna, Bihar, India.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
